FEBUS Optics launches its US subsidiary and consolidates its development in North America

FEBUS Optics, world reference of distributed fiber optic sensing solutions and systems (DAS, DTS, and DSS), is pursuing its growth by opening a 100%-owned subsidiary in the United States, FEBUS Inc. The company, which offers products and services to reduce the environmental impact of human activity, protect people and optimize production, experiences an exceptional year in 2023 and records exponential growth. Already present in Europe and Africa, FEBUS Optics has seen an increase in projects in North America, South America, the Middle East, and Asia.

The launch of this American subsidiary is in line with the global strategy set by the co-founders, Etienne Almoric and Vincent Lanticq: “North America is a key market for FEBUS Optics, offering great opportunities in sectors such as energy and academia,” explains Etienne Almoric, CEO of FEBUS Optics, “opening a subsidiary in the United States quickly became essential to strengthen our presence in this region.” This new entity, located in Houston, Texas, will enable the company to be closer to its North American customers and capitalize on the potential of this market. The future appears promising for the Béarn-based company, which hopes to move into its own facilities next to its Test Center in 2024.
